The Delivery System
In the interests of keeping it fresh, we're delivering only within the North Island.
Deliveries are available Monday-Friday via Courier Post ... just place your order before 3pm Sunday - Thursday and it will be pressed for you that night and shipped out the following morning. (Orders place on Friday & Saturday will be pressed Sunday evening and shipped out Monday)
Delivery zone 1: Wellington Central $7.50 Includes Miramar, Eastbourne, Wainuiomata, Porirua, Plimmerton, Upper Hutt and as far out as Martinborough, Carterton, Masterton, Waikanae, Otaki, and Levin. Your organic goodness will be with you between midday and 5pm the day after ordering.
Freight covers up to 24 x 500ml bottles.
Delivery zone 2: Anywhere up to 150km away from Wellington Central from $10 Includes Shannon, Fielding, Palmerston North and as far up as Whanganui. Your organic goodness will be delivered by 5pm two days after placing your order.
Freight covers up to 15 x 500ml bottles, for orders between 15-24 bottles the charge is $15
Delivery zone 3: Anywhere else in the North Island beyond Whanganui from $12 East and West coasts, central and right up to Cape Reinga. Your organic goodness will be delivered by 5pm two days after placing your order.
Freight covers up to 5 x 500ml bottles, for orders between 6-10 bottles the charge is $20 and for 11-15 x 500ml bottles it's $25. Give us a call if you want to order up large and we'll see what we can do with this price!
Orders leave our fridges chilled, and boxed with cooler packs but if you are not going to be home to receive yours, please leave a chilly bin at the door for the driver - especially if your doorstep is bathed in sunshine. Also feel free to leave the courier a note in the checkout, like "chilly bin is behind the flower pots" or "please come to the back door"
Live locally and want to pick up?
If you want to order and pay online, but pick up, please type Arthur Street, Wellington (our address) as the delivery address when you check out and add the words PICK UP to the discount code and the shipping fee is wiped. Order by 3pm and it'll be ready to pick up anytime the day after ordering - we're open from 7.30am
If your office wants a daily or weekly morning delivery please contact us as at email@example.com to arrange getting on our trade delivery circuit (minimum order applies)

What should I do if my juice hasn't turned up by 5pm?
You can track your order using the code provided by Courier Post. If you don't have luck with their easy to use site, please call us immediately on 04) 650 1098 and have your order number handy so we can track it down for you.
What should I do if I'm not happy with my order?
Please let us know! Take a photograph of the order if possible and email your concerns with your contact details to firstname.lastname@example.org and one of our team will be in touch with a solution as fast as we can.
