The Delivery System
If you live locally place your order online and input '2/19 Arthur Street, Wellington' as the delivery address, then add the promotional code 'PICK UP' to wipe the delivery fee. Make a trip of it, and see where all the Coldpresseing action happens, as well as all the delicious food the Bakehouse has to offer!
Pick- up is available from 7:00 am until 3:00 pm the following day. If you need to pick up any later than this just call and give us a heads up and we will have your delivery ready and waiting for you!
We use Courier Post to ship our Juices across the lands! Orders leave our fridges chilled, and boxed with cooler packs. If you aren't around, be sure to leave a chilly box and a note for your courier. Especially if your doorstep is bathed in sunshine.
Deliveries placed Monday to Thursday, will be delivered Monday to Friday.
This is based on orders placed before 3 pm.
Orders placed Friday will be delivered the following Monday, except for zone 3 (see below), which will be dispatched on Monday for Tuesday delivery.
Delivery zone 1:
Anywhere within Wellington Central up to Masterton is from $7.50. The freight covers up to 24 x 500ml bottles. Your delivery will arrive between midday and 5 pm the day after ordering.
Delivery zone 2:
Anywhere up to 150km away from Wellington Central to Whanganui is from $10. The freight covers up to 15 x 500ml bottles, then from $15 for 15-24 bottles, and will arrive by 5 pm two days after placing your order.
Delivery zone 3:
Anywhere else in the North Island beyond Whanganui is from $ 12 and will arrive by 5 pm two days after placing your order. The freight covers up to 5 x 500ml bottles. The charge for orders between 6-10 bottles is $20, and for 11-15 x 500ml, $25.
We currently supply to Picton and Blenheim; rates will vary, similar to Zone 2 and 3 as above. Beyond Blenheim...coming soon!
If your office wants a daily or weekly morning delivery or to have your own stocked fridge, please contact us as at email@example.com (minimum order applies).
Delivery Trouble Shooting
What should I do if my juice hasn't turned up by 5 pm?
You can track your order using the code provided by Courier Post. If you don't have luck with their easy to use website, please call us immediately on 04) 650 1098 and have your order number handy so we can track it down for you.
What should I do if I'm not happy with my order?
Please let us know! Take a photograph of the order if possible and email your concerns with your contact details to firstname.lastname@example.org and one of our team will be in touch with a solution as fast as we can.
